

Radical Change Program
24 weeks
This flagship 24-week program is designed for the client who is ready for a true transformation. Fourteen coaching sessions allow for everything the Deep Dive Program includes plus extended accountability for lifestyle habit adoption, and exploration of deeper issues as they reveal themselves on this journey. Includes weekly1-hour coaching calls for the first four weeks, then 10 more 1-hour calls every other week for remaining 20 weeks.

Onboard process is complete at least 3 days prior to 1st scheduled coaching session.

We start with a deep dive into your personal story and discussion of the comprehensive onboarding information. We will consider if more information is needed via laboratory testing. We will define, clarify and prioritize your goals, assuring they are realistic and achievable at each step.

Through our client-centered approach, each week we will continue to personalize your action plan gradually adding to nutrition recommendations, a customized exercise/activity program, and a tailored-for-you lifestyle plan to support stress management and sleep optimization.​​

By Week 8, you may have already begun to feel physically better and more in control of your foundations for new healthy habits, which you will build upon in phase 2+.

All proposed actions are supported with education.

Throughout Phase 2+, your action plans will become lifestyle habits as you continue to incorporate new behaviors into your daily routine.

Biweekly coaching sessions will provide accountability:

Progress checks toward goals with the New Vital Health tracking system

Follow up to provide continued support and guidance

Continued education and training

We will fine tune your action plans with revised strategies and tools as needed while you move toward your goals.

We will continue to reinforce action plans with education and training that pertains to you and your specific goals and challenges.

Text/email accountability checks on weeks 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, and 21 will keep you in close contact with your coach, providing continued habit tracking, accountability, and opportunities to ask questions.

This 6-month program allows adequate time for true habit integration into your daily life while you have the support and accountability of your coach. In addition, this program also provides the time it may take to see improvement in your heath and wellness metrics for more challenging situations.

On Session 22, we will begin the wrap up phase of reviewing your progress and successes over the program duration. There will be much to celebrate!

We will emphasize what is working, what still needs work, and build a plan and system to ensure your continued success, and ability to keep yourself accountable.
